No, you cannot bulk upload staff photos during registration. Instead, the photo of the staff members is clicked in the kiosk to register their faces. Each staff member must stand live in front of the camera, and once the face is registered, they can mark their attendance.

How will my active users be counted for billing?

Your active users are counted as the daily active average. Global Admin can check the active user count and details from the Accounts section. Go to Settings -> Account -> Billing -> Usage Summary and download daily average active user details.  

How to change my company’s logo?

You can add or change the logo from the Web Dashboard. Go to Settings > Sites > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Edit > Edit the Site logo as required > Click Update
