How to change or edit staff details?

After uploading employee details, you can take below actions:
Edit: You may want to change personal or employment information as well as change device or site details through the edit action button.
Delete: You can remove an employee from the system when he leaves the organization
Deactivate: In case an employee is on maternity leave or is temporarily unavailable, you can deactivate them.
All these actions can be taken by doing the following steps :
Web Dashboard > Employee Directory > Action

Once a staff member’s details are uploaded on the app, you can take the below actions:

Edit: If you wish to change any personal or work-related information or the device or site details, you can edit the same.

Delete: You can remove or delete a staff member from the system when they leave the organization.

Deactivate: If a staff member is on maternity leave or temporarily unavailable, you can deactivate them.

All these actions can be done through the Web Dashboard:

For editing details of a staff member, follow the steps below:

Web Dashboard > Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Edit > Edit the Staff Details > Click Save 

 

 

 

For deleting a staff member follow the steps below:

Web Dashboard > Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Deactivate > Click Delete

 

 

 

For deactivating a staff member follow the steps below:

Web Dashboard > Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Deactivate
