What happens when a construction site has no internet or mobile network?

Attendance keeps working. Punches are captured on the device and stored locally, then sync automatically once connectivity returns, including after several days offline. Yes. Each agency can be set up under your account with scoped access to its own staff only, mapped to the sites it works on. Does it need any dedicated hardware at each site?

No. Any standard Android or iOS smartphone or tablet works as an attendance capture point. There are no fingerprint scanners, no fixed terminals, and no IT procurement cycle.

How is worker face and location data protected?
