What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with founders on partner meetings, growth campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
  • Drive execution across sales, product marketing, and operations.
  • Manage cross-functional projects — from planning to on-ground delivery.
  • Support external communications, investor/partner updates, and business reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and help scale new initiatives.

Must Have:

  • BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and MBA from a premium Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
  • 3-8 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, or Business Operations
  • Strong execution mindset — thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience managing partner meetings, campaigns, or business initiatives.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Startup experience — understands pace, ambiguity, and accountability.
  • Tech + Management mindset — comfortable with SaaS, tools, and analytics.

Good to have:

  • Background as an entrepreneur or ex-founder is a strong plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR-tech, or other product-led startups.
  • Exposure to growth campaigns, GTM planning, or product launches.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, partner/channel management, and campaign tracking.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, automation, or reporting.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling ability for decks, reports, and updates.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across sales, product, and operations.
