Group Amana needed a comprehensive time and attendance solution to replace their in-house RFID-based attendance system. With 7,000+ workers across 150+ construction sites spanning multiple countries, they required a system that could track time against specific jobs and activities, manage complex overtime workflows, and integrate seamlessly with their existing HRMS and CMIS.

No Job and Activity-Level Tracking: RFID punches worked only as entry logs. There was no mechanism to track hours against specific jobs and activities.
Complex Overtime Requirements: No systematic way to classify and track overtime across Day, Night, Off-day, and Holiday categories, with no controls for monthly caps or budget-based approval workflows.
Variable Break Time for Summer: Break durations depended on working conditions. Workers in shaded areas required 45-minute breaks while those in non-shaded areas needed 3-hour breaks during summer. Staff frequently shifted between these categories.
Timesheet Approval Workflow: Foremen needed the ability to create timesheets, map activities to staff, and track time spent on each activity with defined approval steps.
Multiple System Integration: Staff master, leaves, Jobs, activities, timesheet were scattered across Oracle and CMIS. Manual reconciliation created errors and delays.
Poor Network connectivity: Remote construction sites with poor or no network connectivity needed a reliable solution that could work offline.

Geofencing and Face Spoofing: GPS geofencing with face recognition and liveness detection ensured workers could only clock in when physically present at assigned sites.
Custom Roles and Access Controls: Role-based permissions were set up for HR, project managers, foremen, timekeepers, and administrators, ensuring clear separation of responsibilities across teams.
SSO Integration: Implemented Single Sign-On with Microsoft Active Directory for seamless authentication and access management.
Dedicated UAE Infrastructure: A dedicated UAE-based data center ensured compliance with regional data sovereignty and governance requirements.
