Role Overview: This is not a typical social media role. We’re looking for someone to own founder-led brand building and distribution, with content as a key lever.
You’ll work closely with the founders to:
- Shape and scale their narrative and POV
- Drive outbound visibility (podcasts, PR, collaborations)
- Build strong positioning in the AI + workforce category, especially in the US market
Content and social media execution will support this, not define it. This role blends strategy and execution, and is ideal for someone who understands that distribution is as important as content, and can drive measurable visibility and inbound opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Founder Branding & Distribution (Primary)
- Build and scale the founder’s narrative, voice, and point of view
- Manage and grow founder presence across LinkedIn, X, and relevant platforms
- Identify and drive outbound opportunities:
- Podcasts
- PR features
- Collaborations and partnerships
- Proactively create visibility opportunities, not just coordinate with agencies
- Strengthen category positioning for Truein and its founders
- Content & Social (Supporting):
- Own and execute a content strategy focused on insight-led, POV-driven content
- Build and manage the content calendar across founder and company channels
- Translate product value and category insights into strong narratives
- Manage company social presence across LinkedIn and relevant SaaS platforms
- Continuously experiment with formats, hooks, and distribution
- Performance & Growth:
- Drive and track:
- Founder reach and audience growth
- Inbound opportunities (podcasts, PR, partnerships)
- Traffic and pipeline contribution
- Build repeatable playbooks for content and distribution
- Use data to continuously refine strategy and execution
Must Have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS content, founder branding, or distribution-focused roles
- Strong portfolio of LinkedIn/X content (preferably founder-led or personal branding)
- Experience in building narratives and driving engagement
- Exposure to PR, outbound visibility, or partnerships
- Strong storytelling ability with clear, sharp thinking
- Data-driven approach with comfort in analytics and performance tracking
- Understanding of US B2B SaaS audience and content expectations
Good to have:
- Background in SaaS, B2B tech, or HR-tech domain
- Experience in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with distribution beyond social (communities, newsletters, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or workflows
