Role Overview: We are seeking a process-driven Sales Leader who will drive revenue growth through strong execution, funnel discipline, and predictable pipeline management.
This role is focused on improving conversion rates, building pipeline predictability, and enforcing sales rigor across the funnel. You will lead the sales team’s execution while working closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to continuously refine GTM through insights and feedback.
You will manage a team of Account Executives and SDRs, ensuring consistent performance, structured processes, and high-quality pipeline progression.
What you’ll do:
- Own revenue targets and pipeline performance, ensuring consistent achievement through structured execution.
- Improve funnel efficiency — drive better conversion rates across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Build pipeline predictability through strong forecasting, pipeline coverage, and deal tracking.
- Define and enforce sales processes — funnel stages, qualification criteria, CRM hygiene, and deal progression.
- Run strong sales operating cadence — weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance reviews, and stage-wise accountability.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as conversion rates, forecast accuracy, sales cycle time, and pipeline coverage.
- Work closely with marketing to provide funnel insights and feedback, helping refine GTM execution.
- Support enterprise and strategic deals selectively, especially in late-stage closures.
- Coach and manage AEs and SDRs to improve performance, consistency, and execution quality.
Must Have:
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with strong experience in managing sales execution.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and pipeline predictability.
- Strong background as an individual contributor before moving into leadership roles..
- Experience managing AEs and SDRs, with a focus on performance improvement and accountability.
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and forecasting methodologies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and pipeline reporting.
- High execution intensity — structured, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international markets (preferably US or other developed markets).
Good to have:
- Experience in HR-tech or workforce management SaaS products.
- Experience in growth-stage startups with scaling challenges.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and automation systems.
- Exposure to partner-led or multi-channel sales motions.
