The Channel Partner Program is for agencies and service providers looking to expand their offerings. Are you having expertise in software solution selling (ERP, Payroll, HRMS or other), or have an existing enterprise customer base or dealing with contractual or large distributed workforce?
Program details:
Commission Payout

Recurring commission for each customer onboarded:
1st year - 25% revenue share
2nd, 3rd and 4th year (renewals) - 10% revenue share - Upsell opportunities will be in addition to this and will be treated similar to the new sale.
Work Responsibilities

Sales: Partner
Generate lead, Conduct demo, close the sales, collect payment
Note: For the first 3 sales, Truein team will conduct customer demos and work closely with partners during the entire sales cycle. -
Implementation: Partner or Truein Team (case to case)
On-boarding users data, Training session, Go-live support: Partner/Truein team
Note: Truein implementation does not require onsite visit. It is done remotely with our seamless and simple roll-out process. -
Hardware procurement: Customer
Truein product runs on Android or iOS devices. Attendance kiosk can be set up by mounting device on a stand. Our customers procure device and stand on their own. If needed, we suggest them with recommended hardware details. Truein doesn't sell any hardware. -
Billing to customer:
Option 1: Truein bills Customer
Invoicing to the customer will be done by Truein. Partner payout by Truein will be done within 10 days of payment received from the customer.
Option 2: Partner bills to customer
Invoicing to the customer will be done directly by the partner company. Truein will in turn, bill to partner after payout calculation.
The copy of purchase order from the customer and the invoice raised by the partner, will be required to share with Truein. -
Support (after sales):
Account support or upsell: Partner
Customer support level 1: Partner or Truein Team
Customer support level 2: Truein team
Maintenance and updates: Truein team
Note: Truein support happens remotely by dedicated Phone line, Email, Log ticket options provided to customers.
Truein Partner Support
We provide required support to our partners to make the engagement successful and grow together.
Marketing collateral, emailer template and demo presentation will be shared by our team. Initially, if required our team would be happy to join customer demos with you.
Other Notes
- There is no upfront investment required from the partner. However, to remain as an active partner:
– Minimum 1 customer inquiries to generate within the first 30 days of engagement.
– Minimum 1 customer closure every year. - Payout commission is for Product license sales. Hardware or other items (non-product) if any, will not be counted for commission calculation.
