4) Staff not present at the work site (field/remote staff), after taking attendance.
With Truein, remote/field staff can take their attendance using their own mobile. It is again face based and 'geo-fenced'. Meaning, attendance will be allowed only when one is in the premises. The real time location where attendance is marked will also be saved with each entry in the dashboard.
In addition, with the audit attendance feature of Truein, staff is required to mark attendance from their pre-approved location randomly in their working hours ensuring they are present at the work site for the entire duration. Any discrepancy gets notified to the admin on a real time basis.
5) Manual OT calculations - is tedious and error-prone.
