How to change or edit staff details?

After uploading employee details, you can take the below actions:
Edit: You may want to change personal or employment information as well as change device or site details through the edit action button.

Delete: You can remove an employee from the system when he leaves the organization

Deactivate: In case an employee is on maternity leave or is temporarily unavailable, you can deactivate them.
All these actions can be taken by doing the following steps :
Web Dashboard > Employee Directory > Action

For editing details of a staff member, follow the steps below:

Web Dashboard > Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Edit > Edit the Staff Details > Click Save 

 

 

 

To deactivate a staff member follow the steps below:

Web Dashboard > Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Deactivate 

You can also deactivate staff in bulk. Select the required staff and click on the Deactivate button.

 

 

 

Delete staff: You can delete staff after deactivating them. You can delete them one by one or in bulk.
