Can I restrict employees to take attendance from specific kiosk device? If yes, How to set it up?

Yes, you can restrict attendance access to a specific kiosk.

You can do it individually (one by one) for each staff member or in bulk.

 

In Truein Web Dashboard:

  1. One by One

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Select a Staff Member > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Edit > Access Tab > Allowed Kiosk Devices > Select

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Bulk

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Click Bulk Upload/Edit > Open the excel sheet and in (Access Details Section) Allowed Kiosk Devices Column > Enter the required kiosk device name

If access to multiple kiosks is to be given, add them separated by a comma, Save and Upload.
