How to Reset Password?

If you are getting an Incorrect ID or Password error or if you have forgotten your password, you can set up a new password through the User App.

In Truein User App:

Enter your registered Email/Mobile > Click “Forgot password?” > Verify the OTP sent on the registered Email/Mobile, enter a new password, and save.

Now, you can log in using your registered Email/Mobile and the updated password.
