Time & Attendance for Contract and Distributed Staff
We have improved the attendance status by introducing two fields: ‘Status’ and ‘Sub Status’. The aim is to provide clearer information regarding an individual’s attendance.
The ‘Status’ field indicates the main attendance status and includes the following codes: • PR – Present • AB – Absent • LV – Leave • PH – Public Holiday • WO – Weekly Off
The ‘Sub Status’ field is designed to display additional details related to attendance, specifically covering cases like half-day attendance, late marks, and other attendance policy-related codes. Each attendance entry can have multiple Sub Status codes associated with it. It includes the following codes: • ODV – On Duty Visit • PV – Personal Visit • HPR – Half Day • PND – Pending Attendance • RJT – Reject Attendance • LATE – Late Mark • ERL – Early Leave • MIO – Multiple In-Out • LV – Leave • POW – Present on Weekly Off • POH – Present on Public Holiday • REG – Attendance Regularized • FO – Forgot Out • AOUT – Auto Out • HLV – Approved Leave For First Half/Second Half • HWO – Half Day Weekly Off
