There are multiple reasons why a staff member gets deactivated:
- If a staff member is involved in any malpractice related to attendance, then the member’s record will be auto-deactivated.
- Admin also has the right to deactivate staff if they are absent for several days or if they are unsure if a staff member will report back to work.
- If your staff doesn’t punch in or is absent for a few days, they will be deactivated automatically if the attendance policy for the same is set.
