How to reactivate a deactivated staff member?

When a staff member rejoins the organization, or if you need to reactivate a staff member for some other reason, you can do it directly from the Web Dashboard. This will help you skip the onboarding process.

In Truein Web Dashboard:

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > “Search” for the deactivated staff member > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Activate
