My onboarding photo is not clear. How can I retake it?

If your onboarding photo is unclear, you can retake the photo either through the Kiosk App or the User App.

Option 1: Through the Kiosk App

Click three dots on the top right corner >  Click Incomplete staff and search for your name > 

Click your name > Click Retake

 

Option 2: Through the User App

First, request your site admin to remove your current photo. The steps for the same are given below:

In Truein Web Dashboard:

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Action Column > Three Dots > Click Edit > Click Remove > Click ‘Yes, delete it!’

 

Once your photo is deleted, you need to log in to the User App, go to Self Onboard and take a clear picture of yours to complete the onboarding. The steps for the same are given below:

In Truein User App:

User App: Three Dots > Other > Self Onboard (Register Face) > Click Photo
