You can allot leaves as per below scenarios using bulk allot spreadsheet

Scenario 1: If you need to do an initial leave allotment for your staff, you can enter the exact leave days to be allotted for the respective staff.

For e.g.

Current allotted leaves in Truein: 0

CL leaves required to be allotted: 10

Action required: Download the bulk excel sheet, set CL to 10, and upload.

Scenario 2: If you wish to increase the current allotted CL leaves from 10 to 15, you can set the CL to 15.

Action required: Download the bulk excel sheet, set CL to 15, and upload. This will set the allotted leaves to 15 (i.e., increases the allotted leaves by 5).

Scenario 3: If you wish to reduce the current allotted CL leaves from 15 to 12, you can set the CL to 12.

Action required: Download the bulk excel sheet, set CL to 12, and upload. This will reset the allotted leaves to 12 (i.e., reduces 3 allotted leaves).

Scenario 4: If you wish to reset the current allotted CL leaves to 0, you can set the CL to 0.

Action required: Download the bulk excel sheet, set CL to 0, and upload.

– If a staff member has already consumed the leaves, the remaining balance will be set to 0.

– If a staff member has not consumed any leaves, then the allotted and remaining balance will be set to 0.
