Can staff access the Truein mobile application (Truein User App) after they leave an organization?

The admin must first deactivate and then delete the staff once they leave the organization.


Once this is done, the staff won’t be able to access the User App. The steps to delete the staff from the Web Dashboard are given below.

In Truein Web Dashboard:

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Select the Staff Member > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Deactivate > Delete
