Time & Attendance for Contract and Distributed Staff
These settings are a part of Truein, where you can do Organization related settings: Org Fields – Available in Settings > Org Fields option. Inside the org fields tab, you have options like –
– Department settings– You can set Departments and Department Heads from here
–Designation and other fields -You can set fields like designation, staff function, and company if any type is required for on-duty punch from this tab
– Staff Mode – You can set the staff mode like “Permanent”, “Contract” or “Both”
–Staff Category -You can set different staff categories from here
–Leave Category – Admins can create different Leave categories/categories to set up different Leave policies for different sets of staff.
–Country, States, and Cities-You can add country, states, and cities and link them here
