I am getting an incorrect user-ID/password error during login. How to resolve it?

Please use your registered mobile number or email ID as your User ID.

If you forget your password, you can change it through the User App or Dashboard.

From User App ->  Profile -> Change Password 

From Dashboard -> Click on your name on top -> Profile -> Change Password
