Is it possible to change a staff member’s role?

You can change a staff member’s role from the Staff Directory. This can be done individually for each member or in bulk for a group of members.

To view the various roles and the features each role has access to, you can select ‘View Roles’ in the Staff Directory on the Web Dashboard.

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Edit > Access Tab > Click Role from ‘Access Role’ Dropdown list

Staff Directory > Bulk Edit > Access Details > Employee Role >Enter the required role
