How to setup multiple locations for staff?

If a staff member has to visit multiple locations regularly, you can assign additional sites to the member.


In Truein Web Dashboard:

Web Dashboard: Staff Directory > Action Column > Click Three Dots > Click Edit > Access Tab > Select Additional Sites

Once the sites are selected, the staff member will be able to take attendance at all the assigned sites.




You can also assign multiple locations to staff via bulk excel sheet from Staff Directory -> Bulk Upload Existing staff -> Select the field additional site access -> Add site codes (not the names)
