How to log a ticket for any issues?

If you want to report an issue or log a ticket, you can do it through the Web Dashboard or the User App.

In Truein Web Dashboard:

Web Dashboard: Click ‘?’ (Help and Support) > Contact Us > Enter the required details > Click Submit

In Truein User App:

User App: Three Dots > Help & Support > Log a Ticket to Truein Support > Enter the required details > Click Submit
