How to remove/reject an employees’s attendance?

To remove/reject attendance in Truein, you can follow these steps:

Log in to Web Dashboard > Timesheet > Search for the employee whose attendance you want to remove/reject -> Click on their name -> Search for the specific attendance record that you want to remove -> Click on ‘Regularize’ -> You will find ‘Reject this attendance’ option -> Click on it -> Add any comment if required -> Click on ‘Reject’

 

Once you reject the attendance the clock-in/attendance for that day will not be considered.
