What are the support hours or the hours during which we can contact the support team if any help is required?

Our staff is friendly and reachable by email or phone. We have a dedicated helpline from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

We also have demo videos and FAQs in the Help and Support section. You can access them via the Web Dashboard or the User App.
