Yes, you can disable the Add staff from kiosk app option from Web dashboard > Settings > Kiosk > Kiosk settings > Edit kiosk > untick Add staff option > Save. Sync the kiosk app once, so it will not be visible on the kiosk device.

Can we use same activation key in 2 kiosk devices?

No, a single activation key can’t be used in more than one device at a time. You can generate another activation key for another device from the web dashboard > Seetings > Kisok > Kiosk settings > Add kiosk

If kiosk app is set default on device, screen will be on for whole day or it will go on sleep mode?

No, if the kiosk app is set as the default app or if it’s open then it will not go into sleep mode until you manually lock the screen or turn on sleep mode.

Yes, one KIOSK can be assigned to multiple jobs. You can set this from Dashboard -> Workforce Plan -> Jobs/Projects -> Add Job -> Configuration -> Job to KIOSK Mapping -> Map job to KIOSK This will be visible in the KIOSK

By default all staff have access to Kiosk, you don’t need to do anything to enable it. If you want to limit access to specific kiosk then go to Dashboard -> Staff Directory -> Access -> Attendance -> Select Multiple KIOSK

Yes, admins can disable access to retake registration photos from the kiosk. To disable access, log in to web dashboard and go to – Settings > Kiosk > Kiosk Settings > Action > Edit > Additional access on the kiosk

Can we set separate kiosk devices for IN and OUT?

Yes, you can do that. In the Kiosk App, in settings, you can select modes like Auto (both), Clock IN, and Clock OUT. The selected mode will be the one that will be set on that device.
